Did you know I’m always right?
But you’re always right, too. And your mum is anyway.
Everybody’s right because everybody sees the world through their eyes. We all have our own reality.
If you stretch out your arm in front of you, your fingernail corresponds to your reality, everything else is only perceived unconsciously!
But this reality is very restricted and far from being the whole truth.
In fact, your mind can only process a very small amount of information about what is actually happening around us. At the moment you don’t notice for example how the weather is, that the dog barks outside or how the smell is wherever you are right now.
So you don’t perceive the whole ‘reality’, but only a fraction of it. In other words, what your brain constructs, which is based on your past.
Again, what exactly is constructed depends on the experiences you’ve made, which are of course very individual. Imagine there’s a dog running towards you. You can either pet him joyfully or be scared as hell. Same neutral event, totally different reaction which can be led back on the experience you’ve had with dogs.
But let’s start over. It already begins with your thoughts.
Thoughts create feelings. Your feelings are followed by your actions, and your actions in turn become your experiences.
Thoughts are energy and have a very specific vibration.
You know those days when everything just seems to run like clockwork? A stranger gives you a compliment, you get a confirmation for a job interview and then you find 20$ in front of your feet? You swing yourself higher and higher, attracting more and more good things, like a magnet.
If you want to know what you are unconsciously asking for in your life, then just have look around.
How satisfied are you with your life?
How happy are you in the different areas of your life – job, relationship, self-realization, health etc.?
Hopefully it’s clear that not every thought manifests itself. Otherwise I would be laying in the sun somewhere right now 🙂
To what extent thoughts manifest depends on their intensity, frequency and power.
Have you ever had the experience that exactly what you were afraid of has happened…? Often, unfortunately, you get caught up in worries, fears and other negative thoughts that keep haunting your mind.
Your subconscious mind believes everything is true; it’s not filtered for good and bad thoughts.
So if you feel bad or complain about something today, you have to become aware that you have created this circumstance yourself. If we want to feel better in the future, then it’s best to throw our thoughts into the laundry.
Please understand me correctly: feelings – whether positive or negative – are good! They don’t want to be pushed aside, they want to be felt. They tell us whether we are on the right track. Our task, however, in the case of negative emotions, is to find out the cause, correct the course and then let go of the emotions.
Everybody has bad days and just can’t get out of the thought carousel. That’s totally alright.
Still, at some point, it’s time to get out of this place, to reflect and to reorientate.
Constantly complaining, but not changing anything about the situation doesn’t get you one inch further and is exhausting for you and the people around you in the long run. That’s not what it’s all about today, but much more about how you take responsibility for your living conditions and don’t slip into a victim attitude.
You create your own reality. Everything that happens TO you, actually doesn’t just happen, but you attract it.
What you attract is rooted in your thoughts and feelings from your past.
Interestingly, your brain doesn’t distinguish between internal and external events, nor does time matter.
Think back to a nice event you had a few years ago or in the last few months. So, these feelings and thoughts that come up, you feel them NOW.
You can do the same for your future.
When you think of something you really want, like a vacation, a great job offer or whatever you desire, you feel joy and excitement, and you’re feeling it NOW. You won’t feel it in the future, but the emotions are there NOW.
So what you’re doing is creating a space for the manifestation of your desires and goals.
(Below you’ll find a link to an article in which you can read more about the so-called ‘self-fulfilling prophecy‘ and the ‚Pygmalion effect’)
Abracadabra means literally: „I’m creating while I speak.”
You are the creator of your own future.
The person that you are today, your personality, your body and also your circumstances in life are due to your thoughts.
You are TODAY what you have thought in your past.
Does sound kind of scary, doesn’t it?
But on closer inspection it’s a pretty powerful tool.
Because the good news is that in the future you will be what you think today!
Happy creating! 😉
